Ala. scarecrow threatening Pres. Obama gets Secret Service's attention | News

DALE CO., AL, (WSFA)- The United States Secret Service is investigating after an effigy of President Barack Obama was found in south Alabama with a sign saying "Pray 4 assassin".
Clayton Slay, resident U.S. Secret Service agent in charge, said the Secret Service was contacted by a citizen who reported the effigy.
The Secret Service says a person in Dale County displayed a scarecrow in their front yard with an Obama mask and wearing the "Pray 4 assassin" sign.
Slay said anytime there is something that can be interpreted as a threat or a possible threat towards the President of the United States the Secret Service is responsible for investigating those types of incidences.
