@ 7:47 am. Domestic Dispute. Mixon School. (Stacey L. Harbuck) and (Kimberly E. Harbuck) were arguing over personal matters.
@ 8:07 am. Forgery 2nd. Commercial Bank. Victim (Kimberly E. Harbuck) stated suspect (Stacey L. Harbuck) forged a check on her account.
@ 12:33 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Don Circle. Victim (Bernard D. Dobson) stated an unknown suspect removed checks from his checkbook without permission.
@ 4:47 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Phillips Dr. Victim (Jamielee Ralph) stated an unknown suspect cut the hasp to her utility trailer.
@ 4:52 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. US Hwy 231. Complainant (Ashley N. Hayes) stated suspect (Brandon C. Marise) pumped fuel and left without a valid payment.
@ 7:36 pm. Theft by Deception 2nd. Country Club Dr. Victim (Raymond J. Rousseau) stated suspect going by the name (Donald Draper) phoned claiming to be calling from the US Embassy in Mexico. Suspect told the victim his grandson was in jail there and needed money.
@ 8:06 pm. Intimidating Witness/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Ashley Drive. As officers served warrants on suspect (Kelvin A. Jolly), he was found to be in possession of marijuana. Suspect also attempted to intimidate the officer by making verbal threats.
@ 9:58 pm. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd. Acker Ave. Victim (Anthony Mefford) stated an unknown suspect kicked open his front door and removed property without permission.
