MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2012

@ 9:26 pm. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Manufacture of Controlled Substance 1st/Possession of Controlled Substance/Manufacture/Sale/Transfer of Precursor Chemicals.  Suspect (Timothy G. Franzen) ran from officers when they attempted to conduct a field interview.  Suspect was located in the woods and was found to have a bag with items consistent with manufacturing meth.

@ 2:27 pm. Domestic Dispute. E. College St. (Niasia D. McRae) and (Sherri D. M. Williams) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 6:16 pm. Unlawful B & E of Vehicle. Mixon School Rd. Victim (Jewel D. W. Flowers) stated an unknown suspect broke a side window out of her vehicle.

@ 6:51pm. Harassment/Criminal Trespass 3rd. Victim (Anthony E. Wallace) stated suspect (Perry A. Marcum) has been coming to his residence uninvited and place of employment constantly asking questions and harassing the victim. 

@ 7:05 pm. Theft by Deception 2nd. Jeffery Ct. Victim (Imeldia Bunselmeyer) stated an unknown suspect phoned pretending to be her grandson.  The suspect claimed he had been arrested and needed money.

@ 7:32 pm. Burglary 2nd/Criminal Mischief 3rd.  W. College St. Victim (Robert L. Lindsay) stated an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into his residence.

@ 8:19 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. E. Broad St. Complainant (Penelope A. Kline) stated suspect pumped fuel and left the premises without paying.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2012

@ 1:42 am. Criminal Trespass 1st. Dixie Dr. Victim (Llewellyn L. Wheeler) stated suspect (Ashley N. Vinson) forced her way into his residence.

@ 1:42 am. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. Coleman Dr. (Lilly C. Weeks) and (Clyde T. Covington) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 3:01 am. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. Dixie Dr. Victim (Ashley N. Vinson) stated suspect (Llewellyn L. Wheeler) grabbed her throat and hit her head on the wall after she pushed her way into his residence.  Victim was attempting to get her son.

@ 5:11 am. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. US Hwy 231. Victim (Stephanie Garner) stated suspect (Shannon M. Garner) struck her in the face with keys and stomped on her ankle during an altercation.

@ 10:09 am. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd/Criminal Trespass 3rd.  Oakhill Dr. Complainant (Larry J. Barthmaier) stated he noticed items missing from victim’s (Stephanie L. Benefield) residence.

@ 11:53 am. Assault 3rd. Bermuda St.  Victim (Roger L. Toland) stated suspect (Justin S. Bass) struck him with a cast iron ashtray when victim refused to give him more money.

@ 11:42 pm. Domestic Dispute.  Highland Ave. (Darryl L. Berry) and (Beverly G. Stewart) were arguing over personal matters.

Llewellyn L. Wheeler – Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. 427 Dixie Dr. 28 YOA.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2012

@ 3:45 am. Theft of Property 3rd. US Hwy 231.  Complainant (Freddie Jackson) stated an unknown suspect took merchandise from the store without paying.

@ 3:32 pm. Theft of Lost Property 3rd. US Hwy 231.  Victim (Derick J. Jiles) stated an unknown suspect retrieved his dropped wallet and left the premises without turning it in to the business or authorities.

@ 3:44 pm. Harassing Communications. Grimes Rd. Victim (Culley L. Britton) stated he has received numerous phone calls from an unknown suspect threatening bodily harm to him and his family.

@ 3:51 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Campground Rd.   Victim (Jessica D. Peterson) stated an unknown suspect knocked her mailbox off its post.

@ 4:13 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications. Will Logan Rd. Victim (Cheryl L. Pytleski) reported that suspect (Emily Creamer) continues to call her after being told to stop.
