FEBRUARY 13, 2012 – MONDAY:

@ 5:13 am. Unlawful B & E of Vehicle/Theft of Property 3rd. Merrick Ave. Victim (George Perez) stated an unknown suspect went into his unsecure vehicle and removed property without permission.

@ 8:31 am. Theft of Services 3rd. Grimes Rd. Suspect (Kenneth Williams) used city water even after his was turned off for lack of payment.

@ 9:00 am. Harassment. Logan Rd. Victim (Crystal D. Dale) stated suspect (Barbra Richards) struck her in the facial area during a dispute.

@ 10:26 am. Failure of Sex Offender to Give Notice of Employment. Suspect (Edward S. McLeod) failed to inform property authorities when he began working.

@ 11:42 am. Theft of Property 3rd. Walmart. Victim (Regina G. Holland) stated an unknown suspect took her checkbook from her purse while she was shopping.

@ 3:04 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd/Criminal Trespass 1st. Broad St. Complainant (Cheryl B. Pope) stated she arrived at the victim’s (Eunice Baker) rental property and found several window screens damaged and the back door unsecure.

@ 4:48 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. N. Hwy 231. Complainant (Bikjalben V. Patel) stated an unknown suspect posed as a friend of a renter. Complainant gave suspect the key to the room. When complainant went to clean the room he found items missing.

@ 5:19 pm. Failure to Pay for Gasoline. Hobo Pantry. Complainant (Margie J. Ard) stated an unknown suspect pumped fuel and left without paying.

@ 7:06 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Estelle Ct. Victim (Nancy Dubois) stated she believes suspect (Brian A. Dubois) took property from the residence while she was out of town.

FEBRUARY 14, 2012 – TUESDAY:

@ 12:57 am. Domestic Dispute. Highland Apts. (Darryl L. Berry) and (Beverly G. Stewart) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 5:35 am. Domestic Violence 3rd-Assault/Domestic Violence 3rd-Menacing. Parker Hills Dr. Victim (Jackie Faircloth) stated she and the suspect (Jamie L. Lashley) were arguing over personal matters. The argument turned into a physical attack by the suspect. Suspect also threatened victim with a gun.

@ 9:53 am. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Smith Ave. During an inspection by housing personnel, a window pane was found to be broken. Victim (Ramunda Chambers) stated she had not been there for a couple of weeks and does not know how it was broken.

@ 12:00 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd/Criminal Trespass 3rd. Deerpath Farms Rd. Victim (John Shaver) stated an unknown suspect damaged the window screen to his window. No entry was made to the residence.

@ 12:30 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd. Pine Ave. Victim (James Johnson) stated him and suspect (Betty Johnson) were arguing over personal matters. Suspect threw water on the victim; victim and suspect began throwing a bottle at each other.

@ 2:00 pm. Identity Theft. Unknown Location. Victim (Kaitlyn Manley) stated an unknown suspect used her personal information to file taxes.

@ 3:36 pm. Theft by Deception 2nd. White Oak Cir. Victim (John H. Anderson) stated an unknown suspect got the victim to believe he was the victim’s grandson in need of money. Suspect wired suspect money via Western Union.

FEBRUARY 15, 2012 WEDNESDAY:

@ 2:29 am. Possession of Marijuana 2nd. US Hwy 231 & AL 123. Suspect (Joseph P. Scobie) was stopped for driving erratically. Suspect admitted to driving without a license. Suspect gave officers permission to search the vehicle where a K-9 unit found suspected marijuana.

@ 11:04 am. Criminal Mischief 3rd. County Rd 401. Victim (Keith Watson) stated an unknown suspect tried to pry open the back door to his residence. It did not appear entry had been made.

@ 2:44 pm. Theft of Property 2nd. Mildred St. Victim (Alfreda W. Speaks) stated an unknown suspect removed items from her residence without permission.

@ 4:11 pm. Apartment Fire. Harris Rd. Officers dispatched to possible structure fire. 3 apartments sustained minor smoke damage.

@ 5:09 pm. Harassment. Andrews Ave. Victim (Ronald Thomas Jr.) stated he and the suspect/employer (Douglas R. Cross) began arguing when the suspect accused him of taking money from the register. Victim stated suspect began using obscene language toward him and terminated his employment.

@ 5:10 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Pizza Hut. Complainant (Clifton L. Keen) stated suspect/employee (Thomas H. Wilmot) was pocketing money from customers.

@ 5:27 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Andrews Ave. Complainant (Douglas R. Cross) stated a disgruntled ex-employee/suspect (Ronald Thomas) threw open the door damaging the wall behind it.

@7:15 pm. Domestic Dispute. Hillside Dr. (Tonya M. Campbell) and (Richard L. Campbell) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 9:08 pm. Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle. Kangaroo. Victim (Rhonda S. Blackmon) stated an unknown suspect struck her vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot.
