FEBRUARY 6, 2012 – MONDAY:

@ 12:27 pm. Receiving Stolen Property 3rd. Andrews Ave. Victim (Donald E. Anderson) stated he went to Central Pawn and found property that was taken from his place of employment. An employee of the pawn shop told victim that suspect (Todd Tyler) is the one who pawned the property.

@ 1:31 pm. Theft of Property 2nd. Brookview Dr. Victim (Patricia J. Austin) stated she left her purse unattended while she left the room. After suspect (Kimberly T. Duke) had left, victim noticed her medication was missing from her purse.

@ 4:06 pm. Criminal Trespass 1st. E. College St. Victim (Cheryl L. Brewer) stated when she returned home she found the door unlocked and the stove turned on.

@ 4:18 pm. Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Trespass 1st. Mixon School Rd. Victim (Ashley C. Battise) stated an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into her residence and removed property without permission.

@ 5:04 pm. Criminal Trespass 3rd. E. College St. Victim (Cynthia J. Schram) stated suspect (William F. Spicer) had been noticed on several occasions looking into the windows of her property.

@ 5:21 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. E. Eufaula St. Victim (Clarence C. Walker) stated an unknown suspect removed metal items from his yard without permission.

@ 9:30 pm. Harassment. Matthews Ave. Victim (Jimmy L. Dubose) stated suspect (Mary L. Williams) came to his residence and directed obscene language towards him.

@ 9:38 pm. Harassment. Matthews Ave. Victim (Mary L. Williams) stated suspect (Jimmy L. Dubose) was making unwanted comments to her.

@ 9:04 am. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Matthews Ave. Victim (Jimmy Dubose) stated suspect (Mary Williams) used an unknown object to flatten two of his tires.

@ 10:00 am. Harassing Communications. Meadowlake Dr. Victim (Jodi Enfinger) stated suspect (Doni English) called her residence several threatening bodily harm.

@ 10:19 am. Failing to File Required Report. Redd St. Suspect (Leon L. Strickland) stated he was on pain medication and does not remember driving his vehicle into a tree.

@ 12:20 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Hillcrest St. Victim (Amy N. Newman) stated suspect (Johnny L. Russell) took the key to her apartment. The key belongs to Ozark Public Housing.

@ 2:50 pm. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd. Hawridge Rd. Victim (Joy E. Leslie) stated suspect (Edward S. Mcleod) entered her residence and took items without permission.

@ 6:57 pm. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd. Harris Rd. Victim (Elizabeth W. Woodall) stated suspect (Mcleod E. Scott) entered her residence and removed items without permission.

@ 7:15 pm. Menacing. Ozark 2466 US Hwy 231. Victim (Dedric J. Dean) stated suspect (Scott D. Adams) produced a knife during a verbal disagreement.

@ 7:21 pm. Harassing Communications. County Rd 401. Victim (Cori L. Pierce) stated suspect (Mary Clark) is repeatedly calling making threats of bodily harm.

@ 7:33 pm. Harassing Communications. County Rd 401. Victim (Shirley Ann H. Woods) stated suspect (Mary Clark) called her repeatedly making threats of bodily harm.

@ 7:39 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Andrews Ave. Complainant (Sherry Whitehead) stated she observed suspect (Christopher Petty) conceal items on his person and leave the store without paying.

FEBRUARY 8, 2012 – WEDNESDAY:

@ 9:10 am. Domestic Dispute. Dean Church Rd. (Willie Reese) and (Ferdinand Rease) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 3:15 pm. Theft by Deception 1st. 1537 US Hwy 231. Victim (Delia M. R. Barron) stated an unknown suspect (posing as victim’s grandson) stated he was out of state and needed money. Victim wired money to suspect on two separate occasions. After the 3rd request suspect became suspicious and questioned suspect, after which, victim realized the suspect was not her grandson.

@ 4:17 pm. Harassing Communications. W. Parker St. Victim (Keanakey S. Scott) stated suspect (Marcia Savoy) sent her several text using profanity, harassing and annoying victim over a previous incident.

@ 4:29 pm. Theft of Lost Property 3rd. EOCC. Victim (Sherman Jenkins) stated he left his laptop and when he went back to retrieve it, the laptop was missing.

@ 4:40 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd – Assault. Smith Ave. Victim (Ramunda Chambers) stated suspect (Frederick D. Chambers) struck her in the forehead with a chair causing minor injury.

@ 5:28 pm. Harassing Communications. Larkin St. Victim (Mary A. Clark) stated suspect (Shirley A.H. Ammons) called her multiple times making threats of bodily harm to victim.

@ 7:58 pm. Menacing. Hub St. Victim (Barbara H. Johnson) stated suspect (Grace Knight) approached her with a large rock in her hand directing verbal and abusive language toward her.

@ 8:12 pm. Violation of Family Violence Protection Order. Ruby St. Victim (Tifanie M. Hickerson) stated suspect (Christopher M. Hairston) violated the protection order by coming onto her property.

@ 8:25 pm. Criminal Mischief 3rd. Ketcham St. Victim (Mary E. Smith) stated an unknown suspect moved bricks adjacent to her residence and dug up a small parcel of dirt.

@ 8:30 pm. Harassing Communications. County Rd 401. Victim (Cori L. Pierce) stated suspect (Mary A. Clark) directed abusive language toward her. Suspect continues to call and text victim after being asked to stop.

@ 8:47 pm. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd. County Rd 58. Victim (Larry R. Walker) stated an unknown suspect forcibly entered his shed and removed property without permission.

@ 10:10 pm. Harassment. Cook Ave. Victim (Teresa R. Roberts) stated suspect/neighbor (William Schenk) uses obscene language and gestures towards her. Victim stated suspect also uses his cell phone to video her without permission.

@ 10:01 pm. Harassing Communications. Meadowlake Dr. Victim (Douglas M. Enfinger) stated suspect (Donald G. English) called his phone several times even after being asked not to call or come onto victim’s property.

@ 10:01 pm. Harassing Communications. Meadowlake Dr. Victim (Douglas M. Enfinger) stated he has had numerous problems with suspect (Donald G. English) coming onto his property and acting belligerent. Even after being asked to stop, suspect continues to call victim causing him to fear for his and his family’s safety.
