@ 12:15 am.  Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications.  Norwood Dr.  Victim (Evelyn M. Mason) stated suspect (Clenten E. Cook) calls and makes threats of bodily harm towards victim.

@ 12:39 pm.  Theft by Deception 3rd.  S. Hwy 123.  Victim (Beatrice Anderson) stated a company named Mortgage Auditing Solutions promised to lower her interest if she sent money.  Company closed account soon after receiving the money.

@ 2:04 pm.  Allowing Vicious Animals to Run at Large.  Hank Nix Dr.  Victim (Anastasiya D. Doyle) stated suspect’s (Heather T. Schraeder) dog continues to come into her yard and bit her dog. 

@ 2:58 pm.  Theft of Lost Property 3rd.  Westview St/Andrews Ave.  Victim (Derrick M. Harris) stated an unknown suspect took an engine that had fallen off his truck.

@ 10:29 pm.  Theft of Property 2nd.  Walker Rd.  Victim (Barry S. Cohen) stated an unknown suspect removed a trailer from his property without permission. 

@ 3:32 pm.  Harassment.  Willa St.  Victim (Mary L. Bailey) stated suspect (Brittny McLeod) continues to harass her and call her names. 

@ 5:44 pm.  Domestic Dispute.  Thornwood Dr. (Evelyn M. Mason) and (Clenten E. Cook) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 7:45 pm.  Domestic Dispute.  Andrews Ave.  (Carmen R. Markoff) and (Charles E. Jones) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 8:01 pm.  Harassment.  WalMart.  Victim (Claude S. Smith) stated suspect (Deauntea Hill) threatened him with bodily harm.

@ 7:34 am.  Criminal Mischief 3rd.  Jasmine Hills.  Victim (Sonnie L. Holland) stated an unknown suspect cut all four tires on his vehicle.

@ 10:00 am.  Domestic Dispute.  Harris Rd.  (Chelsea N. Greer) and (Robert M. Greer) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 1:01 pm.  Possession of Forged Instrument 1st.  S. Union Ave.  Victim (Mike Pinkerton) stated he believes suspect (Heather N. Turner) paid him with counterfeit money. 

@ 3:18 pm.  Harassment.  Harris Rd.  Victim (Commodore B. Rhodes) stated suspect (Hernandez Bolton) called him a vulgar name and threatened him with bodily harm.

@ 3:58 pm.  Domestic Dispute.  Andrews Ave.  Victim (Andrea D. Stewart) and (Carlos T. McLaughlin) were arguing over personal matters.

Ozark PD seek identity of armed robbery suspect

On June 9, 2013 at approximately 11:40 p.m., a black male forced his way into the Taco Bell restaurant located on Hwy 231 in Ozark, AL as the manager and crew person were leaving the store. The suspect brandished a knife and forced the two employees into the office and directed the manager to open the safe, then took an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then exited the store and fled the scene of foot.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, between 5'11" and 6'2" and weighing over 200 lbs. He was also described to be wearing a ball cap, a light colored shirt and blue jeans.

The case is actively being worked on by the Ozark Police Department Criminal Investigation Bureau and the Wiregrass Violent Crime and Drug Task Force.

@ 12:02 PM.  Theft of Property 1st.  Harrison St.  Victim (Norma J. Cancel) stated suspect (Joshua R. McNeal) took her vehicle without permission. 

@ 5:28 pm.  Harassment.  Emma Ave.  Victim (Wanda D. Britt) stated suspect (Lakimbro Wright) continues to come to her residence and stand in the yard to intimidate the victim.

@ 12:59 pm.  Robbery 1st/Theft of Property 3rd/Criminal Mischief 3rd.  Candlelight Motel.  Victim (James A. Daniels) stated suspects (Kisha Carson) and (“D”) entered his hotel room and removed money and his cell phone without permission. 

@ 6:19 pm.  Theft of Property 3rd.  Andrews Ave.  Victim (Thomas L. Allison) stated suspect (Man Man) took his cell phone without permission.

@ 9:03 pm.  Deceased Person.  Chalker Dr.  Victim (Joe Mac Lynn) was found deceased in his residence.

@ 9:37 am.  Theft of Property 3rd.  E. Broad St.  Complainant (Gwendolyn G. McLendon) stated an unknown suspect pumped fuel and left the premises without paying.

@ 9:45 am.  Unlawful B & E of Vehicle.  Newton Ave.  Victim (Greg Treadway) stated an unknown removed property from his vehicle without permission.

@ 12:22 pm.  Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment.  Simmons Ave. Victim (Felicia D. Clark) stated suspect (Norman M. Thomas) used foul language towards her.  Suspect also pushed victim and placed his hands around her neck.

@ 6:55 pm.  Theft of Property 3rd.  Fast Trip.  Complainant (Unesh Patel) stated an unknown suspect pumped fuel and left the premises without paying. 

@ 8:42 pm.  Criminal Trespass 3rd.  Roy Parker Rd.  Victim (Amanda Scott) stated she heard noises in the backyard of her residence.
